Genus - X cupressocyparis, Species - leylandii

This tree is used a great deal as a tall screen or hedge. It is very hardy, grows quickly, and can almost not be over-pruned. Tolerates salt spray and poor soil well.

Matures to about 60 feet by 10 feet. Zone 6 to 9.
