Genus - Chamaecyparis, Species - nootkatensis "Green Arrow"

This tree reaches for the sky and creates an exclamation point for the garden. It is the narrowest of all the Alaskan cedars with long, pendulous branches. It makes a great entry plant and is sometimes used in pots next to doorways. It is very cold tolerant. Size at 10 years about 10 feet by 2 feet. Zone 4 - 7.
