Also known as "Loenik" this hinoki has short, delicate, lacy leaves on a semi-dwarf, globular shrub. Because it has a great Japanese look, it is often seen in Japanese gardens, water features, or formal gardens. It has uniform branching that gives it a globular form. The new foliage is lighter green for added interest. Prefers sun. Good use for japanese gardens. Matures to about 6 to 10 feet by 5 to 10 feet wide. Zone 4 to 8.
