Genus - Pinus, Species - strobus "Louie"

A dramatic large open upright pyramidal to columnar, vibrant yellow pine. A unique interior foliage shade, fresh green needles in the interior and bright yellow needles in the outside. This color scheme foliage stays all year round, a very easy pine to distinguish among others. Best planted in full sun and responds well to annual shearing. Growth at 10 years about 20 feet. Zone 3.
