Genus - Tsuga, Species - canadensis "Minuta"

Tiny, tiny bun! Very slow growing with very small needles. A mature one looks like a green rock but you have to be patient for it to mature. This is a newer, very rare variety and one of the slowest growing hemlocks. Size at 10 years is about 1 foot by 1 foot. Zone 4 - 8
