Genus - Cupressocyparis, Species - leylandii

A fast growing tree that can create a hearty, high hedge. It can grow to 70' tall with a wide spread. It takes well to shaping to control its size. It is a very easy grower that tolerates salt spray. We shape our leylandii to help them form a very full, even shape. Size at 10 years 25 feet by 8 feet. Its zone is 6 - 10.
