Genus - Pinus, Species - densiflora "Oculus Draconis"

The banded yellow and green needles give the illusion of an eye when viewed from the tip. It is an open form that can be made more dense by candleing. The colors are most bright in the spring, least bright in the summer. Matures to 10 or 15 feet by 8 or 10 feet. Zone 3 to 7.
