Genus - Pinus, Species - sylvestris "Watereri"

A slow growing, flat-topped shrub. Its needles are stiff and twisted with steel-blue color. It is often used as a background plant for small gardens. Matures to about 10 feet by 10 feet. Zone 2 to 8.
