Genus - Picea, Species - pungens "Fastigiata"

A great plant for the small garden where a vertical element is needed. New growth is a bright blue and contrasts well with the steel blue older growth. The tree is an intermediate growth rate and has a tight form. It makes a blue exclamation point in the garden. Size in 10 years is about 10 feet by 3 feet. Zone 2 - 7.
