The bright yellow of this columnar juniper adds spice to the garden. It almost glows in the sunlight. It gets its best color if planted in the sun. It takes well to shearing or poodling, becoming more dense. It is a slow grower that tolerates coastal environments and wind. Once established it will tolerate drought. Size at 10 years is about 6 to 8 feet by 1 or 2 feet. Zone 2 to 6.
