Genus - Picea, Species - omorika "Nana"
This is a slow growing, globe-shaped shrub. It may become more teardrop shape as it matures. It has dense, graceful branches and tolerates heat and humidity better than most spruce but should be protected from strong winds. It has an interesting look with blue-green needles and silver undersides. Size at 10 years is about 8 feet by 8 feet but may get wider than tall. Zone 4 - 7.Go Back
